This is a beautiful unit (# 1), located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta with a magnificent view to the bay (180 degree view). Our splendid vacation condo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, is an excellent getaway for you to spend a few days with your dear ones. This two-bedroom unit sleeps up to four persons and it is perfect for long-term rentals as well as vacation rentals.  The master bedroom has a king size bed.  The guest bedroom has a king size that can be split into two twin size beds. It is completely equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay (including air conditioning in every room), the bedrooms are well maintained. To meet up your culinary demands, there is a fully equipped kitchen as well, and only a short walk to the boardwalk (Malecon) and the beach.  You can also revel in the private pool. The balcony is ideal for retiring with your favored brews. To keep you entertain, our vacation condo has TV, cable TV, satellite TV and DVD player. To surf the web or stay in touch via emails or chat, wireless Internet access is also available. Our vacation retreat is in addition an ideal base for you to indulge in water sports and adventures including boating, fishing, sailing, snorkeling, parasailing and swimming.
Puerto Vallarta is built in the hills of the jungle, and there are many stairs to climb up to almost any unit with a view, also it is characteristic for their panoramic views in many of the beautiful condos and villas though out.  This unit has only 19 steps from the street.
The city has spared no expense in reorganizing downtown Puerto Vallarta.  The Malecon (Board Walk) is all new and no traffic is allowed.  Now is exclusively for pedestrians, something the stores owners love very much.  It has been beautifully landscaped with palm trees, miniature lights and flowers everywhere.  Anybody will enjoy a stroll along the "Malecon."
Although, the swimming pool is located in the lower part of the building, there are only seven units in this complex.  Most of the time our guests can enjoy total privacy in the pool.
 A comfortable walk to most restaurants and art galleries in town will invigorate you and allowed you to enjoy the cobblestone and narrowed streets of this charming city. And only a few blocks to the beautiful downtown Puerto Vallarta and the Malecon.
